Skills:
Installation and configuration in the systems.
• Responsible for computer assembling.
• Diagnosis of Desktop, Laptop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Experience of supporting a wide range and varied clients base.
• Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops, printers, servers etc.
• Good knowledge of all the hardware devices and their management.
• Providing 1st /2nd line support to users.
• Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures..
• Responsible for maintaining backups and for project work such as new builds.
• Working closely with software suppliers to resolve operational issues. Responsible for supporting
Windows 7 & 10, office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Windows Server, Active Directory
management Exchange 2003/2007, Backup products, Anti-Virus products / DHCP, TCP/IP,
Ethernet, wireless router and Firewall Configurations.
