Responsible for the management of surgical procedures during and after minor or major surgery, General Surgery, Ob-Gyne, EENT and orthopedic Cases Assist Surgeons during the procedure of operation Perform scrub and circulating duties Actively monitored the patient situation before, during after surgical operation and maintained aseptic techniques Maintain count on sponges, needles and instruments Assist anesthesiologist during positioning and induction Maintain cleanliness, sterility and availability for proper function of the equipment and supplies in the operating room Ensures that the specimens were handled properly, followed standard precautions by using personal protective equipment when required Provided support and care to the pre and post-operative patients and their families Kept records of the patients and their family history and other required documents

( Demonstrate clinical assessment and treatment skills for patient’s as per national and international guidelines. clinical indication and instructions for on-call doctor or Medair management during 12 hour shifts (day or night as per roster) ( Communicate with MOPH to arrange testing for patients in quarantine developing symptoms ( Communicating with the on-call doctor regarding patients who are clinically deteriorating ( Communicating with Lebanese Red Cross and local referral hospital to arrange transfer of patients who are clinically deteriorating ( Practicing first aid services such as Basic Life Support if needed including, ECG and use of automatic defibrillator. ( Providing health education including COVID-19 awareness and infection prevention control to individuals and their communities including prior to discharge ( Monitoring the availability of supplies and equipment for the centre and communicating with site manager regarding the same or any other issues. ( Recording the required patient data through patient admission, stay and discharge ( Respecting and adhering to guidelines related to COVID-19 specific and general occupational safety in order to protect themselves, patients and co-workers including: Use of Personal Prevention Equipment, decontamination procedures, waste management, public safety measures, infection control and procedures, fire prevention and control and implement mandatory training on it before starting work and periodically.
