Position: Administrative Assistant
Duties:
▪ Receiving and dispatching correspondence
▪ Drafting of memos and letter
▪ Any other duty assigned by the Head, Department of Operations
▪ Draft minutes and reports for the Department
▪ Keep the Head of Department’s itinerary and remind him of his engagements
▪ Receiving visitors for the Head and directing others to the appropriate offices.
▪ Filing of documents
Education:
Diploma in Basic Education
Skills:
● Computer Efficiency.
Ability to Lead and work under little or no supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Additionally:
Am ready to work at anytime i been called for
