After completing my graduation,I have worked as an Graduate Apprentice(IT Engineer) in RITES Ltd for a period of one year and
During this On-the- job training,I was rated as Excellent on the basis of my performance.
Also,I have had the privilege of working with two renowned organizations in the past, namely Accenture and Concentrix. During my tenure as a Network Operations Associate at Accenture, I served as a delivery manager for a US client, Verizon. I managed their IT teams and vendors, ensuring that central processes were implemented and followed up with LEC vendors for the completion of orders. Furthermore, I worked closely with client groups to ensure that end-users had all the required equipment (routers) properly and helped them with the installation process.
Additionally, at Concentrix, I worked as a hardware/software/network support representative for Lenovo. My job responsibilities included providing support to customers on calls and emails, raising tickets using CRM and MSD tools, providing remote support for troubleshooting via Logme in tool, resolving system malfunctions through troubleshooting, diagnosing software issues, and reporting hardware issues with good laptop support technical skills. I also had the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues and hardware problems, making configuration changes as necessary to ensure maximum network and system performance was maintained.
