eliminate overlapping functions
Streamline HR efficiencies and coordinate new hire orientations
Handling employee onboarding, training, offboarding, conduct exit
interviews and succession planning
Experience in UAE labor law, Regulatory compliance and the legal
issues related to HR
Well versed with other GCC labor law (KSA, QATAR and Oman) and
ensure its compliance with labor contracts
Handling medical insurance and workmen compensation insurance.
Payroll Processing, WPS Payment, Annual Benefits, Rewards and End
of Service Benefits.
Manpower planning and HR budgeting
Developed a Performance appraisal system using Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs).
Interaction with Board of Directors as well as employees.
