I worked as an intern Meat Inspector in a beef and pork industry and Assistant Production Manager in a poultry production industry. I am also expert in handling, processing, quality control and hygiene of meat. I am also familiar with required national and international standards in meat handling and other skills such as cutting, deboning, grinding, inspecting, storage and packaging of all meat including fish.
