Experience: Warehouse Inventory Officer Management of records in the warehouse and ensure FIFO principles are applied Sound working relationship with our major customer Maintain good working relationships with other departments. Maintain good working relationship with all other warehousing staff. Prepare purchase orders and ensure approval of purchase orders Prepare purchase requisitions/notifications for the items Supervise physical delivery of items and receive items on the system Maintain daily stock records using computerized system Prepare monthly reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock. Schedule monthly and quarterly stock count of top products and reconcile physical stock with the stock in the system. Access stock on a daily basis and identify slow moving items. Accurately record and remove expired/ spoiled products from the warehouse for disposal or return.
