My name is Mariana Cedrola, and I am 38 years old. I have worked in sales, marketing, and customer service positions, including management partners and liaison partners, for over 15 years. I’m a certified community manager and worked in content creation, digital community management, and planning and implementation of digital strategies. I am a motivated person who is willing to go above and beyond in every project. I tend to learn valuable skills on my own time to improve daily. I have solid experience leading groups to success and a long list of satisfied clients, in addition to having served as coordinator with outsourced services in Latin America, skills that I further improved as Sales Manager for Latin America, providing strategy and organization from Argentina to Mexico. I have managed sales and marketing teams between 10 and 35 people, for most of the countries of Latin America, Spain, the United States. I have learned about budgeting and HR administration, accounting, data analysis, market research, content creation, training, negotiation, and leadership. I have enhanced my experiences through several courses, Diplomas, and technical degrees; to apply it successfully in my jobs, where it was my responsibility to manage and control several businesses, having to manage both the budget and the personnel and, the supervision of products and services (including B2B) sales to companies and final consumers. I graduated in Ceremonial and Protocol, dedicated to institutional relations, and I'm currently studying Marketing and PR. I am a very organized, enthusiastic, and proactive person, who has given great results working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
