Experience: • Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of gas and diesel gensets. • Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications. • Responding to problems with the generator or other electrical equipment as needed. • Troubleshooting problems with electrical or mechanical equipment to locate the source of the issue. • Hands on experience in main alternator overhauling of 3306, 3412, and all 3500 genset series. • Performed walk around inspection of gas and diesel gensets. • Hands on experience in periodic and preventive maintenance of gas and diesel gensets. • Hands on experience in overhauling of machines i.e., top end overhauling, in frame overhauling and major overhauling of 3500 series gas and diesel gensets. • Hand on experience in replacement of main alternator bearings, hub and flexible coupling. • Hands on experience in complete removal and installation of main rotor and exciter group.• Hands on experience in removal and installation of cylinder head, piston, liner, camshaft and crankshaft. • Install and rebuild of jacket water and auxiliary pump. • Keep record of every generator work in a datasheet. • Managed caterpillar safety standards before start of work. • Each worker is equipped with personal protective equipment in work place.
