Hello to whom in charge Attached my passport, resume and drive license Unfortunately FOR ME i've been forced to flee from italy because of persecution against me by national pro putin parties, youknow, lega/salvini/berlusconi....that kind of criminals. Actually i'm in Belgium under INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION based on Geneve convention. SINCE 2016 those ''putin adored'' thretened me about R.O. at the RESIDENCE OF US AMBASSADOR IN italy Villa Taverna ( attached) I HAVE MY DE DRIVE LICENSE WITH ME, it is CE + DE ...i drove any kind of vehicles unfortunately, the bast.... are obstructing renewal here in the putin puppets peninsula BUT MINISTERO DEI TRASPORTI acknoweledge my Drive License is GOOD (attached ) hopefully, i can convert it everywhere, poland-germany....., based on your laws and rules ......AND FRANKLY, EVEN IF I CANNOT CONVERT IT I'M QUITE SURE TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE ANY KIND OF VEHICLE UNDER BOMBARDMENT .....the putin puppet will not miss me if i get killed.
