• Good Communication skills and can deal with all levels of the organization • Good analytical skill and leadership quality • Over 8 years as an HSE professional and 9 years in production setting as molding operator • Experience in parameter setting and trouble shooting • Quality and inspection of checking actual product • Basic machine daily inspection using checklist • Experience in die set up on injection molding machine • Experience in a production setting with a fast faced environment, lifting, manual handling, conveyor set-up • Basic skills in driving, machine operation • Experienced in working with field personnel in a multi-cultural environment • Good working knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, and internet application.
