Experience: Managing of all Repeater sites in the mine. Scheduling maintenance on all sites to avoid unpredictable downtime of communication in the mine. Coordinate with other departmentsto install new radios in their operational equipment’s and verify the operational conditions of all communication equipment. 4. Prepare a radio policy on how radios are used to optimize the effectiveness and take proper inventory of all radios and accessories on site. Conduct survey at new mining pits to establish radio and network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve all network related issues. Configuration of various network devices which includes layer 2 and 3 switches, wireless access points, radio links, VoIP, and CCTV devices. Conduct survey to implement new network at remote sites in the mine. Managing a team by assigning tasks, assisting the Head of department, attending meetings and providing strategic plan and budget for the department and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
