Experience: PA to Managing Director and Senior Leadership team & Private Secretary • Presenting a professional and friendly first impression of the firm to all visitors and clients • Point of contact for HR, Operations and all IT matters as well as Office Management • Devised and implemented a new filing and indexing system for files, resulting in greater ease of access and a more time-efficient process • Structured and implemented a new system for procurement in the Hospital • Run procurement process within the organisation • Business expenses requisitioning for all team members (including Credit Card purchases and Management) • Information Governance Committee • Part of the Information Governance Comity • Ad hoc projects in any department • Customer Satisfaction & event Management (Fundraisers and Community events) • SOP and Policy Register Management • IT Coordinator for the Site (all systems set up Software and Hardware) • Ordering and Procurement of all used Consumables & Assets (this included the full purchasing process - from PO – Invoice management) • Diary management, typing correspondence and documents, creating presentations and meeting minutes • Operations – can be a range of tasks from collection of deliveries to Maintenance arrangements and various others • Project coordination (training of new staff groups, new system implementations etc.) Customer Service Administrator/Manager • KPI Analysis and statistic reports • Database management for both Customer Service and Technical support • Customer Compliments and Complaints • Assisting customers via the phone on instruction or details • Continuously improve and monitor CS within department to ensure optimal use of assets • Oversee all aspects of CS to troubleshoot processes and procedures and make improvements of customers service quality • Implement effective processes for CS representatives to interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat or instant message • Monitor and review processes • Service meetings with department staff to discuss and monitor expectations and concerns • Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer financial data • Ensure work environment is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations • Route planning and logistics for technical support • Monthly customer billing and invoice tracking

I will be moving to Georgia in November 2022 and will be based in Tbilisi -but will happily move to where an offer is extended. On top of English i also speak and understand Afrikaans and Dutch as well as a growing vocabulary in Turkish.
