岗位描述 1.负责线上线下游戏赛事的策划和跟进执行； 2.负责赛事相关的战队和选手管理； 3.分析并收集赛事相关数据，并根据数据对比赛方案作出调整优化； 4.策划各种赛事中的活动并执行； 5.赛事结束后撰写赛事结案报告。岗位要求 1.热爱并熟悉电子竞技比赛，熟悉网易系游戏的优先； 2.2023届毕业生，本科以上学历，喜欢与玩家及战队、俱乐部交流； 3.了解基本的线下赛事直播技术知识； 4.有过大型线下游戏比赛策划及执行的经验优先； 5.积极主动，敢于接受挑战，性格开朗，有较强的团队合作精神，有创新精神，责任心强，细心，能承受较大工作压力； 6.熟练使用office办公软件。 Show More
