The international IT outsourcing company Andersen is looking for a Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the company's project/service area;

• Defining and implementing methods (policies) for managing the company's project portfolio;

• Participating in budgeting processes (allocation of accounts and financial load) together with C-level executives;

• Leading a team of Delivery Managers;

• Developing new sales methods and participating in the pre-sale process.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Tech Lead for 3+ years;

• Experience as a Delivery Manager;

• Experience in sales processes;

• In-depth understanding of project/project portfolio management methods;

• Systematic thinking, initiative, and the ability to defend your point of view;

• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate.
