Developer vacancy in Tallinn Estonia

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Ruby Developer to work on a project for one of our German partners.

The project is the development of a digital platform in the field of eCommerce and marketing transformation.

The customer is a digital agency, a partner of Deutsche Telekom, that develops bespoke eCommerce and marketing software.

Tech stack on the project: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Go, Kotlin, Python, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, TensorFlow, Svelte, React, Docker, Tailwind CSS, RSpec, Gitlab.

Responsibilities:

• Developing web-based applications;

• Developing and designing software architecture (APIs, SOA, and microservices);

• Developing a full lifecycle of an engineering project;

• Collaborating with the development team.

Must-haves:

• Commercial Ruby development experience for 3+ years;

• Experience with Ruby on Rails;

• Experience with PostgreSQL and ability to optimize SQL queries;

• Experience with Elasticsearch;

• Experience with Docker;

• Knowledge of development through testing, continuous integration and continuous deployment;

• Level of English – Intermediate.
