Following the Organizations general financial policy Collection of regular monthly fees consisting of admission charges, transportation, any type of various other tasks' fees. Preparation of day-to-day collection report. Reconciliation of checking account. Ensure to transfer the collections on everyday basis. Maintain the institution administration upgraded with all everyday financial records & issues. Responsible of the Schools fixed properties. Prepare cash money flow forecast. Calculate & prepare compensation payment & track receivable (electrical power, phone, water, and so on). Prepare audits schedules for outside auditors & act as a liaison in between the Institution & auditors. Prepare the annual & mid-year spending plan for the college in sychronisation with the monitoring. Credentials: Bachelor in Accountancy Experience: 5 Years.
