Responsibilities:
Contribute to all stages of creative development, from research and
storyboarding to animation /production and final delivery
Collaborate with the Art & Creative Directors, Producer and Design Director to
meet creative and production goals
Understand best practices for short-form content on social platforms such as
Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, YouTube and Twitter
Collaborate with Writer / Producers, Editors and the Production team to
develop on-brand strategic solutions
Maintain the highest creative, conceptual and production standards, while
constantly ensuring brand integrity and consistency
Stay current and up-to-date with current design trends, techniques and
processes
Understanding efficient workflows and the ability to work from and expand on
existing templates and work within brand guidelines
Prioritize work and be able to balance multiple projects with competing
timelines
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer
Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in User Experience (UX) and/or Motion Design.
Portfolio of work demonstrating command of Motion Design and/or Interaction
Design in web or mobile contexts (see Google's portfolio tips ).
