Department of production of upholstered furniture.
Responsibilities: work on the line for the production of upholstered furniture (parts of sofas, sofa frames - light wooden frames) - pasting, upholstery, assembly, packaging, gluing. Conveyor type work.
The pace is average. Assembling wooden elements with a pneumatic gun, applying technological glue with a glue gun, working in glue chambers, coating previously assembled wooden elements with material using a pneumatic gun with metal staples, packing furniture in cardboard boxes and packing material.
Mattress department.
Making a mattress from scratch, from the smallest detail - a metal spring, then in order - assembling the springs into one component, installing it in a frame, installing soft parts (sponges), covering with fabric material, sending it to packaging by conveyor. The whole process is fully automated, requiring little human involvement in the workflow.
Pillow department.
Pillow production: filling with soft pillow material, preparing and sending for packaging. Most often they work in pairs in one shift.
Rate: 19.70 net/hour, with a tax resident certificate - 20.40 PLN/hour net (possibility of raising the rate after 2 weeks of work - switching to a chord of +20% or +40% to the rate).
Work schedule: 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, Saturdays with sufficient workload of the enterprise with orders.
Shifts - there are 2 systems
1. from 06.00 to 18.00; from 18.00 to 06.00.
2. for 8 hours from 22:00 to 6:00 / from 6:00 to 14:00, / from 14:00 to 22:00.
Distribution to work processes occurs on the day of going to work in connection with the need of the employee at a particular workplace.
Accommodation is free. Hostel. 3-5 people in the room.
The enterprise has a huge canteen, refrigerators, lockers, microwave ovens, vending machines with drinks and candy bars. Each employee has his own personal locker where he stores clothes and personal belongings. The employee receives several sets of clothes that can be washed and received clean. The dressing room has a shower and toilet. Music is playing in the workshop, a good working atmosphere.
Getting to work: within walking distance. If you live more than 3.5 km away from work, free travel from / to work is provided.
