Wage:
Rate: 18.46 net/hour. Rate for students - 22.8 net/hour
There is no prize. Pay by the 10th of every month.
Schedule:
5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours, 3 shifts (6-14 / 14-22 / 22-6). On average 200-240 hours per month. Floating holiday.
Breaks - 25 minutes, with a 12-hour shift, an additional 10 minutes
Accommodation
It is provided free of charge, but with payment of utilities PLN 250 net. Supplement for own accommodation - PLN 300 net, which can be used to pay in grocery stores.
How to get to work: walking distance, up to 4 km. Or transport to work on your own. Travel to work: on the employee's side and not covered.
Employee Responsibilities:
Maintenance of machine tools with software. Quality control, packaging of parts in accordance with the norms and standards of the enterprise. Maintenance of company warehouses. Work without rules! The factory has several departments.
Hot/cold stamping parts. There is a fast paced robots. The worker puts the finished stamped parts into a box. If the box is full, then it is placed near the workplace and taken away.
Department of spot welding and robots. Welding process in which parts are joined at one or more points / The worker puts the stamped parts from the previous process into the machine and then spot welding proceeds. The worker takes out the part and puts it in a box.
Laser department. Finished parts after the welding department are checked in a machine with a laser, then the part is removed and it is necessary to manually clean up the excess parts with a file and put everything in a box.
