Rates:
∙ Line fitter – PLN 17.10 per hour net (the rate is indicated with the deduction of tax).
!Rates for students!- PLN 19.70 net per hour.
The employer pays all taxes and insurance for the employee.
Working hours: 8 hours and 12 hours
∙ 8 hours, 3 shifts from Monday to Friday (mostly the company works according to this schedule). Example: a week of night shifts ("third" shift from 22:00 to 6:00), a week of day shifts ("second" shift from 14:00 to 22:00), a week of morning shifts ("first" from 6:00 to 14: 00) and so on in a circle.
Additional hours are possible when the enterprise is busy. Often there is a working Saturday and sometimes Sunday). Minimum 168 hours per month, subject to 21 working days. People who work well and keep pace have 240-260 hours a month.
∙ 12 hours 2 shifts from Monday to Friday. There are several 12-hour lines in two workshops. On such lines they work a week from 6:00 to 18:00 and the second week from 18:00 to 6:00, the authorities can also adjust the schedule: for example, from 14:00 to 02:00 at night, or from 10:00 to 22: 00 etc.
∙ Schedule of 4 brigades for 8 hours (only a few departments in the washing machine workshop work in such a schedule) They work 4 days in the third shift from 22:00 to 6:00 - after the day of dumping + day off. 4 days in the first shift from 6:00 to 14:00, after one day off. 4 days in the second shift from 14:00 to 22:00, after one day off. Accordingly, weekends may fall in the middle of the week. This shop employs mostly men. Work with metal and varnish / paint.
In the washing machine workshop (FABRYKA PRALEK) there are departments that work for 8, 12 hours, and there are also departments that work in four-blower mode
Description of the fitter job:
The installer performs the installation of components such as baskets, wires, timers, buttons, seals. Basically, a screwdriver is used at all workplaces. Installation of components is carried out strictly according to the instructions at the workplace in compliance with safety regulations. In order to cope with the work, fine motor skills and strength in the hands must be developed. Visual quality control is carried out at all workplaces. The work cycle takes from 40 seconds to 1 minute (this is a relatively fast pace of work)

Workflow example:
1. You must press the "stop" button so that the line on which the dishwasher / washing machine is located stops in front of you
2. According to the instructions, we take the necessary parts on the shelves and from the boxes located at the workplace. All parts, cables, screws, flasks, are at arm's length.
3. Install the components in the sequence as indicated in the instructions
4. Check the quality of the operation performed
5. Press the button to make the line go further
6. Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
IMPORTANT:
At all workplaces, the pace of work is fast, while the work must be carried out with high quality strictly following the instructions. You must be prepared for monotonous work with your hands in a standing position.
Noise in the workshop does not exceed the norms, but ear plugs can also be used. The workshop is warm and the percentage of humidity is very low. Some workplaces use manufacturing chemicals and glue. Washing powder and capsules for dishwashers are also used when checking the quality of the finished product (allergy sufferers need to pay attention to this)
In the dishwasher shop ( FABRYKA ZMYWAREK) on several lines there are jobs for men that are extremely responsible and very important for product quality. For a full month worked, they will receive a bonus of PLN 300.
There are prospects for career growth with salary increase.
The experience of working on the assembly line, the desire to study at different jobs and the desire to learn the Polish language are welcome.
Work clothes: The employer provides work clothes and shoes that meet safety standards (boots are issued with a metal insert on the toe)
Accommodation: Free accommodation is provided in hostels. Rooms for 4-6 people. Single bunk beds. Married couples live 2 couples in a room, that is, 4 people each. Kitchens and showers are shared. There are washing machines, refrigerators, kettles, dryers, heating, hot water, internet. Everyone should have their own bed linen, pot, cup, spoon, plate.
Transportation to/from work: Organized buses for employees, payment PLN 10 per month, the plant is located near the hostels.
Additional Information:
∙ The company has a canteen, open from 8:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. Polish dishes are served there. Lunch can be purchased from 11:00 to 15:00. The cost of one hearty lunch can be about PLN 20.
∙ Each workshop in the enterprise has a food service room, which contains a water cooler, a microwave oven (to warm up food brought with you), a refrigerator, a vending machine with drinks, sweets
