Looking data entry specialist for remote opportunity anywhere in USA

Data Entry Assistant duties:

*Enter and organize data, such as invoices, bills, client info, and financial statements.

*Maintain accurate and complete data storage.

*Help with other admin tasks as needed.

*Fix data inconsistencies and report errors to management.

*Follow best data management practices for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

*High school diploma or GED as minimum

*Fast typing speed.

*Expertise in data entry software (e.g. Kintone, OnPrompt Order Management).

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Completion of 2 weeks of online training with a Training Manager.

*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

*Effective time management and task prioritization.

*Proficient typing and experience with Windows & Microsoft Office.
