Sr. Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of high-quality skilled technicians and professional staff for the Zamil Offshore and its divisions, utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards, and social media.
Qualification:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, and Industrial Psychology.
Experience:
- At least five (8) years of relevant experience as a Recruiter.
Job Specific Skills:
- CIPD, SHRM Certification
- Certified – CEB SHL Occupational Testing (Level A)
- Certified – CEB SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (Level B)
- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications
- Knowledge of HR-related software applications (Oracle HRIS, Oracle Taleo or any other ATS)
- Advanced Interviewing Skills
- Superior understanding of recruitment and hiring cycle
- Full awareness of recruiting regulations and standards mainly in Saudi Arabia
Generic Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
- Coaching and supervisory skills
- People oriented with progressive skills in personality analysis
- Stakeholder relationship management (e.g., with partner institutions)
