The primary duties and responsibilities of Human Resources Clerk include:

Need to go through colleagues' files and pull out documents that need to be scanned.
Removing staples, binding, and removing paperclips.
Compile documents for each employee in order to be scanned.
Scan documents.
Destroy no longer needed documents.

Be responsible for posting monies in a trust environment
Completing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Daily and weekly reporting
Accounts receivable, follow up on 30, 60 & 90 day invoices
Support Front Office Manager and Operations manager with credit reports
