HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK, Hotel Administration
The primary duties and responsibilities of Human Resources Clerk include:
- Need to go through colleagues' files and pull out documents that need to be scanned.
- Removing staples, binding, and removing paperclips.
- Compile documents for each employee in order to be scanned.
- Scan documents.
- Destroy no longer needed documents.
- Be responsible for posting monies in a trust environment
- Completing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily and weekly reporting
- Accounts receivable, follow up on 30, 60 & 90 day invoices
- Support Front Office Manager and Operations manager with credit reports
