HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK, Hotel Administration vacancy in Raleigh USA

The primary duties and responsibilities of Human Resources Clerk include:

• Need to go through colleagues' files and pull out documents that need to be scanned.
• Removing staples, binding, and removing paperclips.
• Compile documents for each employee in order to be scanned.
• Scan documents.
• Destroy no longer needed documents.

• Be responsible for posting monies in a trust environment
• Completing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Daily and weekly reporting
• Accounts receivable, follow up on 30, 60 & 90 day invoices
• Support Front Office Manager and Operations manager with credit reports
