Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced chef who will be responsible for kitchen activities to ensure the smooth daily running of its activities. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering restaurant/kitchen services such as menus, quality of food, staff services, and accommodation facilities.

  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  • Ensure food is of excellent quality and served promptly to customers
  • Oversee and coordinate menus for the day.
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Managing stock of kitchen supplies.
