JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to General Manager and Eaton’s Head of Purpose
  • Complete all weekly, monthly and annual reporting, meeting critical deadlines
  • Attend required meetings, record minutes and distribute as required
  • Communicate relevant updates to hotel teams via email or in person
  • Manage capital expenditure tracking and asset disposition, vendor payments
  • Actively participate in Hotel committees and building walks
  • Actively participate in Hotel sustainability efforts, including membership and leadership in Green Team
  • Assist with VIP and media visits, including arranging guest room details, amenities and hotel experiences
  • Ensure accuracy of all necessary logs
