Main Purpose of the Job

To ensure that the customer receives a warm welcome and an excellent, personalised and efficient service at check-in,check-out, during the visit, on the telephone and through email.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Front Desk operations
• Greeting guests and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
• Checking in and out guests using Opera property management system - experience preferred
• Handling telephone and reservations enquiries
• Working with Housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are prepared to a high standard
• Provide information to customers on hotel facilities, services and outlet

  opening times.

• Be familiar with local tourist attractions, amenities and activities and be able
  to assist customers with their requirement.
