Main Purpose of the Job

To ensure that the customer receives a warm welcome and an excellent, personalised and efficient service at check-in,check-out, during the visit, on the telephone and through email.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk operations
Greeting guests and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
Checking in and out guests using Opera property management system - experience preferred
Handling telephone and reservations enquiries
Working with Housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are prepared to a high standard
Provide information to customers on hotel facilities, services and outlet
opening times.
Be familiar with local tourist attractions, amenities and activities and be able
to assist customers with their requirement.
