Job Purpose:Provides comfortable and safe guest environment by maintaining equipment and environment; completing preventive maintenance requirements; responding to emergencies; accommodating guests; diagnosing problems; responding to break-downs; * Implements preventive maintenance programs by determining work priorities; scheduling inspections, repairs, and replacements. * Maintains hotel appearance by evaluating conditions; scheduling carpentry, painting, cleaning, decorating, landscaping, and renovations; enforcing appearance standards. Protects guests and employees by maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. * Accommodates guests by providing repair information and schedules.
