Roles and Responsibilities • To ensure goods received from supplier are properly recorded. • To ensure all the part in the store are properly storage & recorded. • To maintain and monitor the stock movement of part in terms of the physical (quantity) and cost. • To assist in maintaining stock item /raw material replenishment. • Prepare the material /components by project as required by Production department. Authority / Accountabilities • To ensure parts/material received tally with DO & update into SQL system. • To ensure maintain and monitor the stock movement. • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
