• Monitor all CCTV • Watch playback off CCTV and report any unusual activities to the management • Answer intercom calls and assist customer on car parking issues • Need to do routine rounding and checking on the condition of the carpark • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time REQUIREMENTS • Minimum SPM / Certificate or equivalent • Good in both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Able to use computer and basic software (internet browser, excel, notepad, etc.) • Experience with customer service
