Customer Support Agent with knowledge of German language
Yellow Stone is looking for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of German language!
We are leading developers and providers of an online gaming platform. Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently seeking a new team member!
Candidate requirements:
- High proficiency in the German language (written and spoken) at level B2 and higher.
- Empathy, willingness to help others, responsibility, and ability to work in stressful situations.
- Experience in call center work will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Providing user support regarding the company's products.
- Resolving disputes and conflict situations.
- Communicating with users via email and chat (85% of working time), as well as via telephone (15%).
