Responsibilities:

• Control of the filling process: Monitor the product quality on the filling line, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Sorting and packaging: Carefully pack finished products and prepare them for shipment, including labeling.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Adhere to hygiene standards, maintain cleanliness on the workplace, and participate in regular cleaning.
• Participation in the production process: Assist in various stages of production and complete tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Age up to 50 years old.
• Physical endurance and willingness to work in a shift schedule, including night shifts.
• Experience in the production field is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Shift work, 40 hours per week. Additional hours available upon request.
• Hourly wage: €15–€22 per hour. Monthly salary ranges from €3,500 to €4,400, depending on experience and hours worked.
• Accommodation: Provided, easing the adaptation process.
• Meals: Free meals at the workplace (buffet style).
• Social benefits: Medical insurance, paid vacation, and other benefits in accordance with Norwegian law.

Additional Information:

• Travel can be arranged either independently or with the assistance of an agent.
• Required documents will be processed, including:
  • Norwegian seasonal visa (residence permit with the possibility of extension up to 6 months).
  • Opening a bank account in Norway.
  • Registration with the Norwegian tax authority (NOK).
  • Medical insurance.
