Rental Company Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative for our rental company in Pula, Croatia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their rental needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer any questions or concerns regarding our rental services
- Process rental reservations and payments accurately
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
