Rental Agent - Part Time (Zagreb)
As a Rental Agent for our company in Zagreb, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the rental process for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, both in person and over the phone, to assist them with their rental needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rental transactions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
To excel in this position, you should have previous experience working in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills. You must also be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure. A biometric passport is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their rental needs
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Complete necessary paperwork for each transaction
- Maintain knowledge of current rental policies and procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rental vehicles
- Follow up with customers regarding any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
