I had a very disappointing experience working at JOOKU. The management was disorganized and often unresponsive to employee concerns. Expectations were frequently unclear, and priorities changed without proper communication or explanation.
There was little to no opportunity for professional growth, and the work environment felt tense and unmotivating. Feedback, when given, was often negative and not constructive. Employee contributions were undervalued, and morale across the team was generally low.
I would not recommend JOOKU to professionals looking for a supportive or well-structured workplace.

Rahul, I don't know who exactly you worked with, but your review does not match my experience at all.
I got a job through JOOKU at the beginning of 2025 and everything went smoothly - documents, contract, accommodation, salary on time. The managers were always responsive, especially Lilia S.R., and helpful when there were questions.
If you had real problems, please specify with whom you communicated and where you worked. And if you just write negativity for the sake of an argument - it is disrespectful to those who really got a chance and work for real.
After communicating with JOOKU, I was eventually referred to Timur Panov from a partner logistics company in Finland. He helped with the registration, explained everything step by step - from the visa to the place of residence.
Now I have been working legally for a few months, the accommodation is good and the salary is stable. I am very grateful to both Jooku and Timur for giving me a real opportunity to start a new life abroad.

It’s unfortunate, because it creates confusion and fear for those who are genuinely looking for legal work opportunities.
