Extremely disappointed with my experience working with Talent Fleet Logistics (TFL). At first, the company seemed reliable, but the reality was completely different. The management is disorganized and unresponsive — they frequently ignore calls and messages, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible.
They constantly delay payments without any clear explanation, and you have to chase them down just to get what you’re owed. The working conditions they promise at the beginning do not match what you actually get. Poor logistics planning and lack of coordination lead to messed-up schedules, which directly affects your income.
It honestly feels like there is no structure or accountability within the company. I cannot recommend working with TFL to anyone who values their time, money, and peace of mind. There are far more professional and trustworthy logistics companies out there.

Rahul, I’m currently working through Talent Fleet Logistics in Finland — already completed 3 months. Everything was arranged clearly: visa, contract, accommodation, salary. I’ve had no issues with communication or support, and I receive my full salary with payslips each month.
If your experience was different, you should specify where and with whom you actually worked. Because as someone currently employed through TFL, I can confirm — this is a real, legal, and well-organized company.
Sometimes people post negative reviews just to damage reputations. If that’s the case here — it’s not fair to those of us who are really working and earning.
I have been working through Talent Fleet Logistics in Finland for three months now, and Timur Panov personally helped me all the way from visa application to arrival on site. He was always in touch, explained every step, and thanks to him I am officially working, earning good money and living in normal conditions.
