⚠️ Beware of Timur Panov – Possible Fraudulent Activity

I’m writing this review to warn others about my recent experience with a recruiter named Timur Panov, who was listed on Layboard.in and claimed to help with seasonal job placements in Norway or Finland.

He initially seemed professional and asked for my passport and photo for “document verification” with the employer and UDI (Norwegian immigration). He claimed an invitation letter and contract were being prepared and would be shared within 1–3 business days.

I’ve been working in Finland through Talent Fleet Logistics for 3 months now, and I have 3 more to go before the contract ends.
So far, I’ve already earned over €9,000, which for me is an unbelievable amount — I never thought I could save this much in such a short time.

The job is physical but fair, and everything — from contract to salary — is done legally. Payslips come on time, and there were no problems with accommodation or transport.
For someone like me who came here to support his family, this experience has been life-changing.
Looking forward to finishing the season strong and going home proud.

Aigerim Bakhytkyzy, In April 2025, I started working at a food production plant in Norway. My visa and 6-month residence permit were fully handled by TalentFleet — I didn’t have to worry about paperwork.
Living conditions are excellent. I share a room with one other woman in a quiet apartment, fully furnished, with all amenities — internet, kitchen, clean bathroom — and the best part is, it’s within walking distance to the factory.

I moved to Finland in March 2025 through TalentFleet Logistics for a warehouse position. I was granted a 12-month residence permit, and the visa process went smoothly. All documents were arranged ahead of time — no delays or surprises.

Accommodation was much better than I expected: a clean shared apartment, two people per room, full kitchen, washing machine, heating, and just 10 minutes from the workplace. That made life a lot easier, especially in the beginning.

I want to personally thank Mr. Timur Panov. He stayed in touch, explained every step, and made sure I felt confident before traveling. It’s a good, legal job. I’m glad I trusted this team.

Extremely disappointed with my experience working with Talent Fleet Logistics (TFL). At first, the company seemed reliable, but the reality was completely different. The management is disorganized and unresponsive — they frequently ignore calls and messages, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible.

They constantly delay payments without any clear explanation, and you have to chase them down just to get what you’re owed. The working conditions they promise at the beginning do not match what you actually get. Poor logistics planning and lack of coordination lead to messed-up schedules, which directly affects your income.
