We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth communication across the company. This role requires excellent English language skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails in both English and Bulgarian.
• Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Handle travel arrangements, appointments, and reservations.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of information.
• Provide administrative support to management and team members as required.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential.
• Proficiency in Bulgarian (native or advanced level).
• Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
