? We’re Hiring: Tele-Sales Agent – Kuwait (On-site, 12 Months contract)

?What You’ll Do:
- Contact prospective and existing customers to promote credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
- Collect and validate documentation; manage applications and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Communicate decisions, support card issuance, and assist customers with activation.
? What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2 / 3 years of tele-sales experience, ideally in banking, financial services, or call center.
?Strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
?Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
