Job Description

K2 Global Staffing is recruiting general workers for fish processing plants in Norway. We are looking for reliable and motivated candidates to work with our Norwegian partners in the seafood and fisheries industry.

Available Positions

  • Fish Processing Workers

  • Packers

  • Loaders / Warehouse Workers

  • Drivers (category B / C – advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Fish processing and packing

  • Loading and unloading goods

  • Sorting, packaging, and labeling products

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

  • Performing general production and warehouse tasks

Requirements

  • Willingness to work in shifts

  • Physical readiness for manual work

  • Responsibility and discipline

  • Previous experience in fish processing or production is an advantage

  • Basic English is a plus, but not mandatory
