This is a full time telework positions. Regional Coordinators (BH Clinical Case Managers) develop and execute Aetna engagement activities in priority communities. This position utilizes advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to facilitate appropriate member physical health and behavioral healthcare through assessment and care planning, direct provider coordination/collaboration, and coordination of psychosocial wraparound services to promote effective utilization of available resources and optimal, cost-effective outcomes. Regional Coordinators routinely travel to member homes, other member locations, and provider locations, 10-20% of the time. Travel is in-state within the assigned region.
