We are dobs.ai, a fast-growing startup focused on reducing value leakages in procurement through AI-powered analysis of contracts and invoice matching. Our technology helps enterprises streamline their procurement processes and improve financial efficiency. We are currently expanding in the US market and are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to help us grow by supporting our sales efforts.
Role
In this role, you will focus on supporting the sales process, working closely with the founder to drive lead generation and client acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, managing outreach, and moving prospects through the sales funnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting and setting up tools that automate and accelerate outreach processes to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities
Identify leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in the US market.
Research and determine the most effective methods for reaching target leads.
Build personalized outreach messages and blurbs to engage prospects.
Run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and other activities to generate interest.
Track lead status, make follow-ups, and manage the sales funnel.
Arrange meetings with potential clients and ensure smooth scheduling.
Support the founder by preparing for sales conversations, including providing relevant research and insights.
Select and set up tools that can automate and accelerate outreach, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on feedback and performance.
What we are looking for
2+ years of experience in a business development or sales support role, preferably in the B2B software industry.
Experience in lead generation, outreach, and sales funnel management.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
Familiarity with CRM tools, outreach platforms, and automation software.
A passion for technology and AI-driven solutions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
Experience in the US market is a plus, but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset for managing multiple tasks.

Compensation
Starting Salary: $1,000/month for part-time involvement, with the potential for full-time transition, increased compensation, including success fee bonus and equity.
