Golden Tokyo International Entertainment Agency, a sole proprietor was born in 1999 as a local promotions company. On January 4, 2000, it was granted a license by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration to operate as an overseas recruitment agency authorized to supply manpower to foreign principals and employers. On June 22 of the same year, the owner moved to incorporate the company and named it Golden Tokyo International Entertainment Agency, Inc.
With its incorporation, Golden Tokyo International Entertainment Agency, Inc. focused on the recruitment, training and deployment of Filipino talents and entertainers to Japan. After several years, it decided to expand its market to include countries in Asia, like China and Hong Kong and Kuwait, Qatar, and United Arab Emirates in the Middle East, that welcomed professionals, technical, skilled and service workers. With the expansion and diversification came the decision of the company to change its corporate name to GOLDEN LEGACY JOBMOVERS CORP.
Golden Legacy offers opportunities to job seekers in the countryside through its branch offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Its offices in Luzon are located in Gumaca, Quezon; Legaspi, Albay; Gapan, Nueva Ecija; Mexico, Pampanga; and Binalonan, Pangasinan. On the other hand, its branch offices in the Visayas and Mindanao are found in Tagbilaran, Bohol and Tagum, Davao, respectively.
