The company is not worth spending time and efforts.
They just use people who work well, and give them double and triple work without decent salaries or at least thank you.
They promote very strange corporate culture, lots of fun, but not for everyone. Some people are there just for having fun, delegating their work to someone else.
Make sure you have visited your manicure master before showing up there, otherwise you will be mouthwashed for how you look, how you are dressed, what car you drive, etc. But you will be mouthwashed anyway, it's company's internal activity.
