JUSTPRO completed a custom software project for an industrial products manufacturer. The manufacturer, who specializes in tanks and equipment for liquid industrial gases, LNG, and CO2, had long production cycles due to customer customization needs. JUSTPRO introduced the JUST-MES and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) solution to improve workflow identification and efficiency on the shop floor. The software managed all data collection and used barcodes to manage manufacturing processes. JUSTPRO was hired by Shanghai Visett Network System Co., Ltd., a company specializing in domestic VSAT business, to handle a project awarded by the civil affairs bureau of Shanghai municipal government to create an advanced disaster relief goods warehouse. JUSTPRO was responsible for the entire project, including designing and deploying a WMS solution, providing an RFID solution to track storage items, setting up the field bus powered LED bin location indicate system, building a server room, and providing WMS software implementation and support service.
