Interaction with clients: negotiating, identifying the needs of the client, selection of objects and their presentation;
Consulting clients on the market of elite real estate and the cost of objects in the assigned territory;
Maintaining CRM system and agreement of contracts.
Requirements:
Foreign language: English, Turkish;
Experience, full or partial) in the segment of elite real estate in Turkey, knowledge of the specifics and features of the market;
High negotiation skills;
Ability to work with objections;
