They are scammer don't apply any jobs through this guy
They make fake offer later and sending through their own mail id or whatsapp
If have offer letter from anay company the rules are offer letter will be receive through company hr mail id with company domain
But they don't do like this
So I request to all job seekers dot apply any job and don't pany any single money
