Experience: Field Service Specialist / Thread Inspector Jan 2013 – May 2015 • Operation and maintenance requirements for field service equipment, power equipment and thread monitoring systems. • Ensures all equipment are in good conditions before commencement of a work order using a specified work inspection check list. • Handles equipment rentals for drilling projects. [ Drill pipes, Drill collars, Pup joints, Casings, Production tubing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems] • Control all mud management equipment and drilling equipment records use in the bottom hole assembly [ BHA ] • Inspection of various thread connection and thread protectors. • Inspection and controlling of threads parameters on Casing / tubing pipes and of various connection like API AND PREMIUM threads and control of inspection documents. • Ensures workers carries out their duties work in compliance with HSE POLICIES and reports all hazardous /unsafe acts and non-conformities • Follow up training and competency of the field worker team. • Monitoring and auditioning of products to ensure higher standard of quality and having knowledge of primary components of wellhead systems • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring quality in compliance with API and Premium thread inspection, quality control plan (QCP). • Ensuring all inspection equipment, and gauges are calibrated to ensure products quality. • Work in finishing line & coupling as inspector and on OCGT line pipes KEY ACCOMLISHMENTS • Increased production by long-term planning for the procurement of all field service equipment, power equipment and thread monitoring hard gauges / instruments. • Proficiency in thread connections: TSH blue, TSH SLX, TSH CS, AB TCII/A, TSH PH6, TSH 3SB, TSH563, 511 etc.
