Experience: Facilities & Safety (HSE) Coordinator at ExxonMobil Nigeria (contract). Nov 2006 – Nov. 2021  I coordinated the Management and Protection of Information (MPI) of ExxonMobil’s facilities.  A team lead in the Environmental, Health and Safety management of the company’s Facilities by carrying out daily inspection, hazard identification and mitigation to ensure that nobody gets hurt.  I coordinated the keeping of the company’s facilities and common areas clean and maintained.  I conducted Occupational Health Safety (OH&S) assessments required by and in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.  I conducted worksite and safety incident inspections of ExxonMobil's facilities as needed and make recommendations to ensure compliance.  I reviewed and provided recommendations to ensure OH&S regulatory compliance through ongoing review including conducting audits and inspections.  Conducted an annual review of my Department's Safety Program.  Updated and maintained documentation on training & a training program for ExxonMobil employees.  Managed and documented Departmental staff ergonomic issues/assessments, including ensuring ergonomics are addressed when relocating/renovating.  Provided training to ExxonMobil Departments as per OHS requirements and deliver Safety Talks as required. * Conducted relevant annual assessments such as First Aid Assessment and Risk Assessment at ExxonMobil’s worksites.  I Identified workplace hazards and proffer appropriate mitigation of risks in the organization;  I enforced the use of prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all operations sites during my official site inspection of company’s facilities.  I was the IMS (Information Management Services) Technical Team lead in providing technical information for Drilling and other Departments in ExxonMobil.  I ensured there was total compliance with company’s and external requirements for Records and Information Management.  I implemented and enforced ExxonMobil’s Corporate HSE policy and procedures to ensure operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with relevant legislation and company and client requirements.  I carried out prompt closure of all corrective actions from incidents, audits, clients’ and/ or customers’ inspections and/ or complaints.  I actively participated in the implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery operations.  I generated and collated report for KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
