Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Efficiently communicate company policies to customer
Respond to customer enquiries promptly
Notifying Key customers of Stock status, Price updates or Company invite
Effectively managing customer complaints within an hour
Invoicing customers
Monitoring online orders
Website information auditing
Responding to customers on Social media platforms
Monitoring retail implementation of Marketing programs
